Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager, based in Noida. The role involves sourcing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer needs are met. The candidate will also strategize sales plans, identify emerging markets, analyze industry trends, and liaise with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients. Additionally, they will work towards achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving company revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales acumen, including lead generation, client networking, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in contract negotiation, business strategy development, and market analysis
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with the personal care or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Proactive attitude, ability to solve problems, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales metrics and analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
