Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Business Development Intern to help us generate leads, connect with potential clients, and support business growth initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in B2B sales and digital agency growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential clients (startups, SMEs, business owners)
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold emails, WhatsApp, and calls
• Schedule meetings for the senior sales team
• Assist in preparing proposals and pitch decks
• Maintain CRM and update lead tracking sheets
• Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
• Support digital outreach campaigns
• Make outbound calls to warm leads
• Pitch our services (Website Development, SEO, Ads, Branding)
• Understand client requirements
• Coordinate with internal team for quotations
• Follow up and close deals
• Maintain sales tracker
Required Skills
• Strong communication (English mandatory)
• Confident in speaking with business owners
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing / websites is a plus
• Familiar with LinkedIn and Email outreach
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
Eligibility / Education
• MBA (Marketing/Business), BBA, BCom, or any graduate
• Final year students can apply
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Experience
• 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
• Prior internship in sales/marketing is a plus
