Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Sales & Business Development Intern with PPO. The intern will support business development by conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and assisting in the creation of sales strategies. Responsibilities include performing client outreach, managing customer service inquiries, and providing support for sales and training activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience by aiding in workshops, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to the overall sales pipeline development.
Qualifications
1) Target Market Lead Generation
Assist in identifying and generating leads within India and selected international markets using LinkedIn, online research, and outbound outreach. Support the qualification of prospects under guidance.
2) Freelance Platform Support
Help manage and grow presence on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr by identifying relevant projects, assisting in proposal drafting, and learning client conversion strategies.
3) Sales Cycle Assistance
Support the sales team throughout the process-from prospecting and preparing proposals to participating in client pitches and follow-ups.
4) Solution-Based Selling Exposure
Learn to understand client requirements and assist in recommending suitable solutions such as SEO, paid ads, marketing tools, and basic AI-driven marketing services.
5) Client Communication
Assist in maintaining communication with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups, and contributing to relationship-building efforts.
6) Eligibility & Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Interest in B2B sales, digital marketing, or technology services
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Office/Google Workspace
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Prior internships or exposure to sales/marketing is a plus (not mandatory)
Stipend Range: 10000 INR to 15000 INR per month plus Incentives and Bonus.
