Role Description
This is an on-site internship role located in Nashik for a Sales / Business Development Intern. You’ll work directly on the ground to onboard and grow sellers on Joylane, interacting with real businesses, understanding how they sell, and helping them succeed on a video-first commerce platform. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn sales from scratch in a startup environment - where you don’t just follow scripts, but figure things out, experiment, and see real impact. You’ll gain hands-on experience in business development, communication, and problem-solving, while working closely with the founder and being part of building something from zero to one.
Qualifications
We’re not looking for perfect resumes - just people who are eager to learn, take initiative, and aren’t afraid to talk to new people. Strong communication skills (Hindi/English) and basic confidence in interacting with business owners are important. If you’re curious about startups, sales, and how businesses grow—and are willing to step out, experiment, and figure things out - you’ll fit right in. Prior experience isn’t required, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn fast are non-negotiable.
