Sales & Business Development Intern (AI SaaS | Remote)

Collabify Space is expanding globally and looking for ambitious Sales & Business Development Interns to help grow our AI-powered hiring platform across India, Dubai, and the USA.
This is not a repetitive internship where you only send messages all day. You’ll work directly on real outreach campaigns, partnership conversations, lead generation systems, and SaaS sales processes while interacting with founders, HR agencies, recruiters, and business owners.

What You’ll Be Working On:
Lead Generation & Prospect Research: You’ll identify potential clients, recruitment agencies, HR consultants, and businesses that could benefit from our AI hiring platform. This includes researching companies, building outreach databases, and finding decision-makers.
LinkedIn, WhatsApp & Email Outreach: You’ll actively connect with founders, HR professionals, recruitment firms, and agencies through modern outreach channels. The goal is to start conversations, build relationships, and generate interest in our platform.
Demo Booking & Sales Conversations: Your role will involve introducing our AI hiring platform to potential users and helping schedule product demos with interested prospects. You’ll learn how SaaS sales conversations work in real startup environments.
Partnership & Onboarding Support: You’ll help agencies and hiring partners understand how the platform works, guide them during onboarding, and support relationship management after initial conversations.
International Market Exposure
You’ll work on outreach campaigns targeting:
India
Dubai / UAE
USA
This gives you practical exposure to international B2B communication and global SaaS outreach workflows.
