Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Business Development (Fresher). The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, generating leads, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves managing customer interactions, delivering product or service training, and contributing to the achievement of sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building rapport and addressing client needs
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and Sales Management techniques
- Willingness to participate in and support Sales Training and professional development
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and problem-solving skills
