Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Promote IT & Professional Staffing services
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements
• Support overall business growth and sales targets
Requirements:
• 4–5 years of experience in USA Staffing Sales or Business Development
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Knowledge of USA IT staffing/recruitment is a plus.
