Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation and prospecting:
- Identify potential clients via LinkedIn, referrals, cold outreach, and networking.
- Maintain and update the lead database and CRM tracker.
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and decision-making authority.
- Sales and pitching:
- Pitch Cosmic Entertainment’s services including digital marketing, branding, ads, social media, video, and performance marketing.
- Schedule discovery calls and requirement meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and quotations.
- Client conversion and closure:
- Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and approvals.
- Close deals and onboard new clients smoothly.
- Ensure proper documentation and handover to execution teams.
- Relationship management
- Maintain strong client relationships post-closure.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention support.
- Reporting and coordination
- Share daily activity reports and weekly sales updates.
- Coordinate with accounts and operations for invoicing and onboarding.
