Role Overview
Are you a people person with a passion for "Desi" flavors? TAD is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can own our physical sales channels. This isn't a desk job. You will be the face of TAD in premium retail stores during the week and the life of the event at our events on weekends. Your goal is simple: get our products into the hands (and kitchens) of every "Amazing Desi" out there.
Key Responsibilities
1. Weekdays: Retail Expansion & Distribution
- Store Onboarding: Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, speciality stores and Boutique Restaurants to pitch TAD products and secure shelf space.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong bonds with store managers to ensure our products are prominently displayed (VM) and well-stocked.
- Order Fulfilment: Coordinate between the retail point and our operations team to ensure timely replenishment.
- Market Intelligence: Keep an eye on competitor pricing and placement within the retail ecosystem.
2. Weekends: Event Sales & Brand Activation
- Event Execution: Represent TAD at food festivals, corporate hubs, apartment pop-ups, and flea markets.
- Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Sales: Drive on-the-spot sales through product sampling and engaging storytelling.
- Lead Generation: Collect customer feedback and data to help our digital team retarget buyers online.
- Booth Management: Handle setup, inventory tracking, sampling, sales and billing during high-pressure event hours.
Requirements
- The "Hustle" Gene: Comfortable working weekends (with a compensatory off during the week).
- Communication: Fluent in English/Kannada/Hindi/Telugu/Tamil/Malyalam with the ability to "sell a story," not just a product.
- Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid license for retail visits.
- Physically Active: Able to manage booth setups and spend significant time on the field.
- Prior Experience: 1 year in FMCG or FnB sales is a huge plus, but freshers with massive confidence are welcome.
