🎯 Role Objective
Support the business team in lead generation, client communication, and sales execution, while gaining hands-on exposure to real business operations.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and field work
- Assist in client outreach and follow-ups
- Understand customer needs and explain company offerings
- Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking systems
- Support in sales campaigns and marketing activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
🧠 Requirements
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Telugu preferred)
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development
- Comfortable with:
- Calling & client interaction
- WhatsApp/email communication
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
