Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Business Development Executive to join our on-site team in Noida. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and nurturing long-term business relationships. The executive will play a strategic role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Strong Business acumen and a results-driven mindset to understand client needs and create tailor-made solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities, to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in Account Management to maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet sales targets and execute strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
