Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Executive based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, you will identify and generate new business opportunities, establish and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to achieve sales goals. You will play a key role in lead generation, managing accounts, negotiating client contracts, and aligning business development efforts with company objectives. Collaboration with internal teams to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction will also be a critical part of your role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business strategies and industry trends
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Account Management, with a customer-centered approach
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in a marketing or advertising industry, is an advantage
