Business Development Sales Executive

We’re looking for a driven Business Development professional with experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and B2B sales. The role involves building client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, networking, cold calling, and email campaigns
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads across startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements
- Pitch company services to founders, HR leaders, and decision-makers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
- Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales reports
- Develop long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, staffing, recruitment, consulting, or service sales
- Ability to independently manage outbound prospecting and client acquisition
- Confident in client meetings, demos, and presentations
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Startup or consulting/recruitment industry experience is a plus
