For 13 years, Focus Auto Designworks has been building one of India's most design-forward vehicle branding and graphics studios. Our client list includes Uber, Servotech, Lubi Industries, Rapido, Routematic, SnapE, Moeving, Everest Fleet, and Refex Green Mobility.
We brand EV fleets at scale. We wrap EV chargers for some of the largest manufacturers in the country. We also do premium PPF and custom wraps for private clients. And we are growing.
To support that growth, we are looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive who wants to own a pipeline — not just manage one.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Business Development Executive to join our on-site team in Gurgaon.
The Role:
— Identify and close new B2B clients in EV fleet, EV charging, Logistics, and corporate fleet segments
— Own outreach from first contact to signed order
— Build and maintain relationships with fleet operators and EV infrastructure companies
— Work directly with the founders — short feedback loops, fast decisions, real ownership
What we are looking for:
— 2 to 4 years of B2B field sales experience
— Background in EV, automotive, fleet management, logistics, or industrial B2B preferred
— Strong communication and relationship-building skills
— Delhi NCR network is a strong plus
— Someone who wants to grow with the business, not just pass through it
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong skills in Business acumen and Account Management
- Exceptional Communication skills for client engagement
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively to achieve business goals
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the automotive industry or design solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
What we offer:
— Fixed salary: Rs.22,000 to Rs.25,000 per month
— Performance incentive: 2% to 3% on new revenue generated
— Direct exposure to a design-led company with a strong existing client base
— Real ownership of a function being built from scratch
On compensation — fixed is Rs.22,000 to Rs.25,000 per month. But this role has a 2% to 3% performance incentive on all new revenue generated. At Rs.20 Lakhs of new business closed in a year, that is Rs.40,000 to Rs.60,000 in additional earnings on top of fixed. We are looking for someone who backs themselves to perform — and we have structured this role to reward exactly that.
