Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Executive in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, building client relationships, and managing accounts. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions to clients. A proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Business strategy and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of financial services and relevant platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage ERP is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently
