Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales / Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in IT software sales. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities for IT software solutions
- Handle outbound sales, field sales, and/or inside sales activities based on experience
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Engage with prospects to understand requirements and position suitable software solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development
- Mandatory exposure to IT software sales
- Open to candidates with experience in:
- Outbound Sales
- Field Sales
- Inside Sales
- (Candidates may specialize in one or multiple sales types)
- Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Exposure
- Experience handling local and/or international clients
- Knowledge of enterprise or productivity software solutions
Additional Consideration
- For software categories such as O365, M365, Project Planning tools, Operating Systems, MS products, junior profiles may also be considered
