Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Business Development professional specializing in complete commission-based work. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and closing sales opportunities. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, preparing tailored presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and keeping up-to-date on industry trends and company solutions to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client inquiries and build collaborative relationships
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in Sales Management, including training and onboarding junior team members to align with organizational goals
- Strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and adaptability to work independently in a remote setting
- Knowledge in digital marketing, web design, or technology solutions would be a significant advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
