Business Development Associate


📍 Location: Guwahati, Assam (On-site)

🎓 Eligibility: Students or recent graduates with Internship in Sales

🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (Half Day on Saturdays) | 9 A.M – 6 P.M

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in Sales/bidding/client acquisition

💰 Salary: 1.2-2 LPA for Freshers (negotiable for experienced candidates) + Unlimited Incentives as per performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation for School ERP, Websites, and Logistics Software
  • Cold calling and coordinating meetings with prospective clients
  • Client acquisition and business closure through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Data fetching and maintaining client databases
  • Understand client requirements and propose relevant digital solutions.
  • Field work and outside sales for meeting business clients
  • Fixing appointments and conducting client visits (online and offline)
  • Generating leads independently through own efforts (cold calling, field visits, referrals, outreach)


Who Can Apply

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in client acquisition, bidding, or EdTech sales will be preferred
  • Prior experience in software sales / IT services is a plus
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and field work
  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
  • Candidates with their own laptop and vehicle are preferred.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Guwahati.
