Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties will include managing client accounts, providing training on services offered, and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. The role also involves fostering long-term customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service to achieve retention goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies and drive business growth
- Experience in Training clients or team members on product offerings and ensuring their successful utilization
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work proactively in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline
