Role Description
We are looking for a people-driven, passionate Business Development Manager who understands the healthcare ecosystem and enjoys building meaningful relationships with doctors and clinic owners.
If you have experience as a Medical Representative or in healthcare product/service sales, and love explaining solutions that genuinely solve problems—this role is for you
What You’ll Do
- Connect with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to introduce Tronix.AI
- Understand their current challenges and present the right solution
- Deliver AI product demonstrations in a simple, relatable way
- Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
- Drive lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in healthcare sales / Medical Representative / SaaS sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technology in a simple, human way
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset
- Basic understanding of digital tools and sales tracking
