Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for daily outreach, client communication, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct minimum 50 calls/outreach activities daily (cold calling, follow-ups, and lead generation).
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking.
* Generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
* Present and explain company products/services to potential clients.
* Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and update CRM regularly.
* Schedule meetings and follow up with leads to close deals.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to perform high-volume calling (50+ calls per day).
* Basic understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
