Role Description
This full-time, Sales Business Development role. The Sales Business Development professional will be responsible for generating and managing leads, conducting market research, and building and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth. On a daily basis, tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging with potential and existing customers, analyzing market trends, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the agency's growth will also be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate opportunities, and provide insights for strategy development
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, present solutions, and maintain client satisfaction
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs
- Proven track record of contributing to sales growth and achieving business targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
