We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Development Executive(BDE) to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a passion for driving business growth, and a proven track record in prospecting for new business opportunities. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at communicating about technical products, and is committed to advancing their career in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel Testpress's sales pipeline.
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists.
- Research and build cold accounts by adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling and LinkedIn Inmails.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Approach potential leads for booking sales meeting appointments.
- Understand customer requirements and craft your pitch accordingly.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients as part of the pre-sales process.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Share reports on pre-sales activities.
- Act on the leads that are generated already.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Business Development experience in the SaaS space (new business development, cold calling, planning/strategy).
- Excellent communication skills in Business English and Hindi. The ability to converse in an additional language will be an advantage.
- Efficient convincing skills and an engaging conversationalist.
- Strong desire to convert leads into customers and take initiative when needed.
- High energy and a positive attitude.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Passion for technology and the willingness to learn and grow.
- Interest in pre-sales of software products.
