Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Sales based in Bengaluru. The Manager of Sales will be responsible for leading sales operations, driving business growth through strategic planning, and managing client relationships. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, guiding the sales team toward achieving targets, and ensuring excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify market trends, define performance metrics, and evaluate data-driven strategies
- Expertise in Business Planning and strategic decision-making to drive revenue growth
- Outstanding Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Experience in Sales Operations, processes, and achieving sales targets is essential
- Ability to lead and collaborate with a team to achieve desired outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in the real estate sector or proptech industry is advantageous
