Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Business Development professional will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a robust pipeline across assigned markets and product lines. They will conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive dynamics, and use these insights to develop targeted outreach and sales strategies. The role involves engaging prospective and existing clients through calls, meetings, and presentations, providing consultative guidance on suitable real estate and proptech solutions. The professional will collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure smooth deal execution, accurate documentation, and high-quality customer experience. They will track performance against sales targets, maintain updated records in CRM tools, and provide regular reports and feedback to leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle objections, and deliver a positive client experience.
- Proficient Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to assess trends, identify business opportunities, and inform sales strategies.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, prospecting, and pipeline management in a sales or business development environment.
- Experience in real estate, proptech, financial services, or related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work with CRM and sales productivity tools, and to track and report key performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
