💼 Role: Relationship Manager
💰 CTC: ₹3–₹5.5 LPA + Uncapped Incentives
We’re looking for high-energy, result-driven professionals who thrive in a target-driven environment and are passionate about sales and closing deals.
💼 What You’ll Do:
• Generate and qualify real estate leads
• Follow up with prospects and schedule site visits
• Drive end-to-end sales closures
• Engage with clients through calls, WhatsApp & meetings
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver a great buying experience
🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
• MBA Freshers to candidates with 1–4 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion skills
• Confident, persistent and performance-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
