Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Noida. The primary responsibilities include identifying and analyzing new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and providing outstanding customer service. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing actionable strategies, and contributing to company sales performance through innovative solutions and excellent communication.

- Strong Analytical Skills to identify market trends, evaluate opportunities, and interpret data effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to address client needs and enhance satisfaction
- Proactive and goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and in teams
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in the proptech or real estate sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
