Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Business Development professional for a full-time on-site role at our office in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and generating new business leads, building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and conducting market research to identify growth opportunities. Additionally, the individual will assist in providing exceptional customer service and contribute to the planning and execution of sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and client needs
- Effective Communication skills to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Customer Service orientation to ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in financial services or investment sectors is a plus
- Familiarity with equity, derivatives, or mutual funds is advantageous
- Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and software is desirable
