Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Sales Business Development position based in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients through lead generation, conducting market research to pinpoint potential business opportunities, and maintaining successful client relationships through excellent customer service. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to strategize and implement effective sales tactics, as well as monitor sales performance metrics to meet targets.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and assess business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with clients and presenting ideas effectively.
- Proven experience in lead generation and a track record of driving sales growth.
- Proficiency in market research and the ability to interpret data to make business decisions.
- Customer service experience with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Prior experience in real estate or related industries is a strong plus.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
