Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and cultivate and maintain client relationships. This role involves strategic account management, ensuring excellent communication with stakeholders, and developing tailored proposals to meet business needs. The position also requires close collaboration with internal teams to align efforts with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools

Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager – Franchise Business
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development (BD) professional to drive franchise expansion and business growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, generating leads, conducting business presentations, and managing end-to-end franchise onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities across target locations.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, references, and market research.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective franchise partners.
- Explain franchise models, investment plans, ROI, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and launch of franchise outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development or Franchise Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and client-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and LinkedIn lead generation.
Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
