Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Sales Business Development professional. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, performing market research, building and nurturing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role will involve executing strategies to meet sales targets, supporting lead generation initiatives, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends and opportunities, and conducting data-driven decision-making
- Effective Communication skills to articulate ideas, build client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams
- Lead Generation experience and Market Research expertise to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Customer Service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining long-term partnerships
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and a results-oriented mindset
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a business development or sales role is a plus
