Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kanpur for a Sales Business Development professional. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. The chosen candidate will play a key role in expanding Craaftech Globl's market presence and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and track performance metrics
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, managing sales pipelines, and converting prospects into long-term customers
- Experience conducting Market Research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential customer needs
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude with the capacity to work independently and meet targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, or event/exhibition services is a plus
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
