We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Business Development Manager based in India to identify and engage B2B clients who outsource or offshore their IT managed services to third-party providers. The ideal candidate understands the outsourcing and offshoring ecosystem and can position Chase IT Global as the go-to delivery partner for businesses seeking reliable IT Managed Services — including data centre hardware replacement, server/network hardware supply, IT asset procurement, and on-site field engineering. You will target decision-makers at organisations that contract out their IT infrastructure and managed service needs to specialist third-party providers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
• Identify, qualify, and pursue B2B clients — specifically businesses and enterprises that outsource or offshore their IT managed services to third-party managed service providers — and position Chase IT Global as their preferred delivery partner
• Develop and execute a strategic sales pipeline to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses tailored to client needs
• Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitable and sustainable deal structures
Client Relationship Management
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (C-Suite, IT Directors, Procurement)
• Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Act as the primary point of contact for new and strategic accounts during the onboarding phase
Market & Partner Development
• Research and map target markets, verticals, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Develop strategic partnerships with vendors, resellers, and technology alliances (e.g., Microsoft, AWS)
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies
• Manage prospecting, outreach sequences, and pipeline tracking using Apollo.io; maintain accurate records for forecasts and activity logs
• Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to senior leadership
Requirements
Essential
• 3-7 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT Managed Services, hardware solutions, or data centre services — with a focus on clients who outsource or offshore IT operations to third-party providers
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (£500K+ revenue pipelines)
• Strong understanding of IT Managed Services — particularly data centre hardware, server/network infrastructure, and IT asset lifecycle
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close
• Proficiency with Apollo.io for prospecting, outreach sequencing, and pipeline management
Desirable
• Experience selling to Australian enterprise clients or government sectors
• Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud partner ecosystems
• Understanding of the IT outsourcing and offshoring ecosystem — how enterprises select, contract, and manage third-party IT managed service providers
• Familiarity with data centre environments, hardware procurement cycles, and enterprise IT infrastructure
• Must be based in India — this is a remote role supporting a UK-based IT company
• Strong English communication skills — written and verbal — for working with UK and international clients and stakeholders
• Comfortable working in UK business hours (GMT/BST) or flexible overlap hours
