Company Description
Borus Fire Systems develops 1 main product - Fortifire F101, designed to provide efficient and early control of fire situations across commercial, industrial, and residential spaces.
We are looking for our first Sales hire - one who can develop on-phone, on-field, and online business development and sales pipeline.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Business Development professional based in Bengaluru.
Role Description
- Identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing end-to-end sales processes.
- The individual will also provide customer service and contribute to Borus Fire Systems' growth and expansion by identifying new business opportunities and markets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of field sales experience in any sector
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
- Experience in customer service and understanding client needs
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with the fire safety or related industries is a plus
- (not important) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- (not important) Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is an advantage
