Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for an EXIM Associate. The EXIM Associate will be responsible for managing all import-export documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with logistics and freight forwarders. The role also involves monitoring export-import activities, preparing reports, managing shipping schedules, and liaising with relevant authorities to address and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in import-export documentation, compliance regulations, and related processes
- Skills in coordinating with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs authorities
- Analytical thinking and ability to prepare and maintain accurate export-import reports
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities to manage operational challenges
- Knowledge of EXIM policy, trade regulations, and related government policies is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in international trade, business administration, or a related field
