Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development professional, located in Delhi, India. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, performing market research, nurturing relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves aligning business development strategies with company objectives to expand its client base and market presence. Collaboration with internal teams and representing the company at industry events may also be required.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market data, interpret trends, and assess potential opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions effectively
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth
- Proficiency in Customer Service to address client needs and build long-term relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing business strategies
- Educational qualifications: Preferred bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with the oil and gas or marine engineering industry is a plus
