Job Summary
AG Organica is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand business opportunities in the cosmetics and personal care sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, private label manufacturing, and client acquisition within the cosmetic and personal care industry.
The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and promoting AG Organica’s wide range of natural cosmetic and personal care manufacturing solutions globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cosmetics and personal care market.
- Generate leads and onboard new clients for private label and contract manufacturing services.
- Build strong relationships with cosmetic brands, skincare companies, wellness brands, distributors, and retailers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide customized product solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals effectively.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events.
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and business reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client relationship management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Cosmetics, Biotechnology, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing or International Business will be an added advantage.
- 3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Candidates preferred from the Cosmetics and Personal Care Industry.
- Strong understanding of cosmetic products, private labeling, and contract manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and industry events.
Preferred Skills
- Existing network in cosmetic, skincare, beauty, wellness, or personal care sectors.
- Knowledge of domestic and international cosmetic market trends.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Target-oriented and self-driven personality.
