Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Business Development role located in Noida. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business prospects through lead generation and market research strategies. The candidate will manage and nurture client relationships, analyze sales data to identify trends, and work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales and revenue goals. Additionally, the role involves actively seeking customer feedback and providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify opportunities and target potential clients
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and nurture client relationships
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proven ability to work within a team and contribute to collective targets
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and commitment to achieving sales objectives
- Relevant experience in the personal care or cosmetics industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
