Mixbreed Studios is looking for a Sales & Business Development Associate to help expand our client network and drive business growth. We are an AI-first creative studio working across films, branded content, advertisements, social media campaigns, microdramas, and cinematic storytelling experiences for brands and platforms. We’re looking for someone who understands communication, relationship-building, and modern sales in the creative industry. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident in handling conversations, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year in Sales / Business Development / Client Acquisition or related fields.
Location:
Mumbai/hybrid role
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Commission
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and identify potential clients
• Reach out to brands, agencies, startups, and creators
• Schedule and manage client meetings
• Pitch the studio’s services and creative capabilities
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with the internal creative team for project requirements
• Support overall business growth and partnerships
Preferred Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of branding, marketing, media, or content
• Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups
• Self-driven and organized
• Prior experience in creative/media/marketing industries is a plus
