Role Overview
Crisom Curve is expanding its Digital Marketing Services. We are looking for a high-energy, skilled Sales & Business Development Associate with 2β3 years of experience selling Digital Marketing Services.
Your primary mission: Convert cold prospects into high-ticket clients by selling our Digital Marketing Services to Other Businesses.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Outreach & Lead Generation
- Identify and connect with Founders, MDs, Directors, and Marketing Heads of Companies
- Execute targeted outreach through LinkedIn, Cold Calling, Email, and Lead Generation tools
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects
2. The Digital Audit Approach
- Make the Digital Audit Report Framework to highlight marketing gaps
- Showcase issues like poor lead quality, slow website speed, bad creatives, low ROAS, etc.
- Position our Lead Generation, Performance Marketing and other Marketing solutions as the profitable fix
3. Consultative Selling with Profit Demonstration
- Understand a clientβs inventory challenges and revenue goals
- Present a clear, ROI-driven strategy demonstrating:
- Lower CPL
- Faster sales
- Higher qualified leads
- Increased profit margins
- Show clients how partnering with Crisom Curve increases their business profit
4. End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Manage the full sales funnel:
- Cold Outreach β Discovery β Audit Presentation β Strategy Pitch β Negotiation β Closing β Onboarding
- Maintain CRM/Google Sheet data, follow up rigorously, and ensure conversions
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Experience
- Minimum 2β3 years of experience in selling Digital Marketing Services
- Experience selling Digital Marketing Services to Real Estate or high-ticket B2B clients is a strong advantage
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Literacy
knowledge of:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Performance Marketing
- SEO
- Lead Generation funnels
- Website Designing and Optimization
- Landing Pages & Conversion Strategy
3. Sales & Communication Skills
- Strong experience in cold outreach and closing deals
- Ability to convince clients by demonstrating potential profit & ROI
- Exceptional command of English and Hindi
- Skilled in presenting to CXOs, marketing leaders, and HNI clients
4. Analytical & Technical Skills
- Able to explain CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality metrics in simple business terms
- Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and research tools
- Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
