We are seeking a high-energy, data-driven Sales & Business Development Associate to join our Global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) department.
This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between market intelligence and sustainable growth. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, managing a sophisticated lead pipeline, and crafting compelling proposals that resonate with global stakeholders.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, managing a sophisticated lead pipeline, and crafting compelling proposals that resonate with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end Lead Generation strategies to identify potential clients interested in ESG services, carbon credits, or sustainability consulting.
- Perform Lead Enrichment using various tools to ensure the sales pipeline is populated with high-quality, actionable data.
- Maintain and optimize workflows across multiple CRM platforms to ensure seamless data transition and tracking.
- Conduct comprehensive Market Research to identify emerging trends in the global ESG landscape.
- Perform Gap Analysis to determine where our services can solve specific competitor weaknesses or meet underserved market needs.
- Design and maintain advanced Sales Dashboards to track KPIs and conversion rates.
- Expert-level use of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Visualization) and Word for technical reporting.
- Draft high-impact Business Proposals and pitch decks tailored to the specific ESG goals of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the Head of Global ESG to refine value propositions and pricing strategies.
Who You Are
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or consulting roles.
Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to translate complex ESG data into persuasive business language. Able to communicate in a clear and professional tone.
CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with multiple CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho).
Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) is a plus.
Adaptability: Proven ability to work in dynamic conditions where priorities may shift rapidly.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" while executing granular research tasks.
