We are looking for a Sales & business Development Associate – Digital Marketing who can manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead calling and cold outreach to client onboarding and relationship management. The ideal candidate must have strong sales skills combined with solid digital marketing knowledge to understand client requirements and close deals confidently
Industry: Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing
Location: [Noida Techzone-4/ Hybrid]
Experience: 1–2 Years (Digital Marketing Sales Preferred)
Responsibilities
Call and qualify inbound leads generated from ads and marketing efforts
Conduct cold calling and outbound outreach to generate new business
Understand client business goals and digital marketing requirements
Pitch suitable digital marketing solutions (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.)
Draft and share custom proposals and quotations
Handle follow-ups and negotiations to close deals
Manage and update CRM with lead status, notes, and follow-up schedules
Coordinate client onboarding and handover to internal teams
Act as a point of contact for client communication and basic account management
Ensure timely collections and smooth client experience
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO & social media marketing
Proven experience in sales / business development (agency experience preferred)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
Target-driven mindset with strong closing ability
Professional attitude and client-handling skills
