Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Booking Executive (Events) to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving event bookings, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination from inquiry to closure.
This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and has a strong passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads)
- Conduct site visits and present the venue to potential clients
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective negotiation and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and vendors
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event planning and execution
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase bookings
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
Requirements- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, hospitality, or real estate
- Ability to confidently handle client meetings and close deals
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
- Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
