Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Billing Executive based in Thane. The role involves managing and processing sales invoices, verifying billing data, and ensuring accurate and timely billing to clients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining sales records, coordinating with the sales and finance teams, resolving billing discrepancies, and providing support for financial reporting. The Sales Billing Executive will also ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all billing activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in billing procedures, invoice generation, and accounts reconciliation
- Experience with accounting software and tools, and a strong understanding of financial processes
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to analyze financial information
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various sales billing tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
- Previous experience in a sales or accounting role is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred+
Job Location: Mira Road
salary - 18k to 22k per month
