Roles & Responsibilities
Experience in OEM Relationship Management
- Responsible for driving strategic business growth, identifying market opportunities, and managing key customer relationships for EV powertrain solutions in L2, L3, L5 and LCV applications. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and market insight to expand business opportunities in traction motors, inverters and powertrain components for electric mobility.
- Min 4 yrs Experience in EV components/ Automotive Components (Tier-1 Supplier). Sound Knowledge of Motor, Controller and EV components preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire life cycle of automotive / EV OEM programs.
- Technical aptitude, planning & strategic thinking.
- Established network of high-level contacts across Indian automotive OEMs, including leadership levels.
- Extensive experience engaging directly with customers, underscored by a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Proven track record working with Indian automotive/ Electric Vehicle OEMs.
- Proficiency in spoken & written English, along with good presentation skills.
- Strong team player and highly adept at collaborative effective networking.
- Willing to Travel - North India
Required Experience
- 3 years Experience must be in EV components/ Automotive Components (Tier-1 Supplier).
- Sound Knowledge of Motor, Controller and EV components preferred.
- Experience EV Powertrain Technical Sales (Motors, Controllers, Inverters)
- Experience in OEM Relationship Management (Specifically L7/LCV/3W segment)
- Experience in Program Management Life Cycle (RFQ to SOP - Start of Production) Min 2 Years of exp Market Intelligence & Strategy (Competitor benchmarking/Pricing)
