Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Backend Ops Executive – Loans. The role involves supporting the sales team with -
- end-to-end loan processing, including document collection, verification, and coordination with banks and financial institutions.
- The executive will maintain accurate records in internal systems, track application status, and ensure timely updates to the sales team and clients.
- Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing loan files, following up on pending requirements, resolving operational issues, and helping streamline processes for multiple loan products (business loans, LAP, mortgage, working capital, home loans, and related services).
- The role includes the QC of the file from log in to disbursement
Qualifications -
- Strong Sales Operations and Sales support skills, including experience in backend coordination for loan or financial products.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact clearly and professionally with clients, banks, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with loan products (business loans, LAP, mortgage, working capital, home loans) and basic understanding of banking or NBFC processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, email) and comfort working with CRM or loan management systems.
- ADDED ADVANTAGE - Prior experience in backend operations in finance, banking, or lending or DSA would be helpful.
