Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Sales & Back-office Support (Solar) professional. The role involves supporting sales activities, managing customer relationships, coordinating back-office operations, and providing training for internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for contributing to sales management initiatives and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients effectively and address their needs.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to assist in achieving targets and managing the sales pipeline.
- Experience in Training to support team members or customers in understanding solar products and services.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage back-office support and ensure smooth processes.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy systems or renewable energy is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team within an on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, energy, or a related field is desirable.
