Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales B2B - Lubricants professional at OfBusiness. The role involves actively identifying and pursuing new B2B clients, managing sales pipelines, and building strong relationships with key customers. Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, providing tailored solutions, delivering product presentations, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. The position also requires training and coordinating with team members to improve performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance their sales capabilities
- Proficient in relationship management, negotiation, and problem-solving
- Knowledge of the lubricants market and industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
