Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Attendant based in Mumbai. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers with ticket bookings, processing mobile recharges, facilitating mobile repairs, and recommending suitable accessories. Additional duties include managing photocopying, printing, and other related business services. The role requires ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining the organization of the workspace.
Qualifications
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to assist and communicate effectively with clients.
- Technical skills for handling mobile repairs, recharges, and operating photocopying and printing equipment.
- Sales and product knowledge, especially in areas of travel bookings and mobile accessories.
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency to operate ticketing and payment systems.
- Previous experience in retail or sales roles is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
- Ability to speak fluent Hindi and/or Marathi is advantageous.
