Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Attendant, located in Uttarakhand, India. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for engaging directly with potential customers to promote and explain housing finance products. The responsibilities include building relationships with local communities, assisting clients through the loan application process, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and working closely with the sales and support teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with housing finance or financial products is a plus
• Proficiency in local languages and understanding of semi-urban and rural market dynamics
• Comfortable working in an on-site setting and traveling within the assigned region
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain detailed and accurate records
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
